In gibbed, under the raw tab, there should be something along the lines of "blackmarketupgrades". Here you will find all your black market upgrades. The first few (ammo types) go to 7, and the last two (bank and inventory space) go to 9. You can change them as you wish to change your maximum capacity. If you want to go over the limit, you just have to create new gear in the inventory and bank tabs. There is no limit there.
